Burnside BBQ is a Professional BBQ Competition Team and Catering Co. based out of  Portage La Prairie Manitoba . We have traveled across the Canadian Prairies and parts of the US competing in sanctioned events both by the Kansas City Barbecue Society and the Pacific North West BBQ Association winning many awards for our efforts . 

2011 was a amazing year  
The Manitoba win awarded us a invite to Lynchburg Tennessee to the Jack Daniels 2011 World Championship Invitational Barbecue event  .  Pit Masters from all over the world converge once a year to this historic scenic Tennessee hollow by invite only to compete for barbecues most prestigious title .  What a honor for us it was to represent Manitoba at a world class event like this . Many thanks to friends families and the local community for all their support .
